The following section covers clinical trials, medication assistance, and medical assistance for co-payments and other expenses. These resources will provide a starting point for your financial assistance research.

Medication Assistance*

Medications to treat cancer and blood disorders are often very expensive. Insurance coverage varies. Most paramedical companies offer levels of assistance based on a variety of criterion. Note: patients on state or federal plans (Medicaid or Medicare) will need to go to independent foundations for assistance. The following section will assist you in locating assistance.

*When looking for a patient assistance program for your medication, try contacting the manufacturer of the drug for possible program opportunities or financial assistance.
