We understand that the results of your laboratory tests are important to you.  Routine lab tests are usually released within a few days but specialty tests may take up to 10-12 business days. A member of the medical staff will contact you with your test results and any instructions as soon as they are available to us.

We do not routinely call with normal test results but you are welcome to call and request them. Test results can also be picked up in person during regular office hours but will not be mailed, emailed or faxed.

We encourage you to retrieve your own results using the patient portal for the specific lab used for your testing.  Using your computer or mobile device, create an account following the prompts provided.  Specific instructions for each lab we use is listed below:

Quest Diagnostics

Access www.QuestDiagnostics.com/MyQuest

Create an account:  You will need your doctor’s name and office phone number. When requesting results enter the doctor’s office information and the date of the labs. The patient will receive notification when results are available to be viewed, usually within 72 hours of final results

LabCorp

Access www.patient.labcorp.com

Creating an account is a two-part process:

  • Labcorp access
  • Healthvault (provides security)

Once the account is authenticated by Labcorp a patient may access their results after each lab draw. Results will be available 24-48 hours after results are final.

ACL

Access www.MyAdvocate.org

Creating an account is self-guided.

Results will be available approximately 48 hours after the tests are finalized.

Per your request, we can generate a Continuity of Care Document (CCD) that will include your most recent test results, but only after the results have been reviewed by your physician.
